Returns & Exchanges Policy
Every Dolci Vita piece is created with care, but if your order isn’t quite right we’re here to help. You may submit a return or exchange request within 7 business days from the order delivery date.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at support@dolcivita.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the item(s) clearly showing the piece and the attached tags
Please make sure your photos clearly display the tags still attached. We will respond to your request within 24 hours with the next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for gift card credit or exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds. Items are subject to rejection if they do not meet the following criteria:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- Hygiene stickers are still in place (swimwear)
- The item is free from any odour (deodorant, perfume, body odour, washing powder)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is available
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. The following accessories are non-returnable: press-on nails, necklaces, glasses, gloves, earrings, hats, and leggings.
Return Address
Our return address is located in Europe. Please do not send packages to the waybill address — any package sent there will be refused. Get in touch with us at support@dolcivita.com to receive the full return address.
Refunds (Gift Card Credit)
Once we have confirmed the item has been returned correctly, a gift card will be emailed to the address attached to your order, valid for 12 months. We will issue the gift card within 48 hours of verifying the returned item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a more expensive piece, you will need to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, we will email you a gift card for the difference.
Faulty Items
We work hard to ensure every Dolci Vita piece arrives to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, please notify us by email within 7 business days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
If you receive a faulty item, our sole responsibility is to replace the item with a new one. If you prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can provide a gift card of the same value.
Faulty issues include broken holes, unsewn seams, and damaged segments. Dolci Vita reserves the right to address any other faults or issues not listed above.
Please Note
- Please keep the tracking information for your return package. For the security of both our customers and our business, we kindly request that you retain the tracking number until your return has been confirmed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
- We are unable to provide return shipping labels.
Final Sale Items (Clearance)
Final Sale styles are last-chance pieces and will not be restocked. All Final Sale items are marked to clear and are not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by our team. Any unauthorised Final Sale items posted back to Dolci Vita will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
Lost Items
Dolci Vita is not responsible for customs fees or taxes, and we are not liable for any misplaced, lost, or stolen items. We are also not responsible for any incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
